Sombras: Negative Frames announced for 2026 release
Independent developer Maboroshi Artworks and publisher Entalto Publishing, have just revealed their new game SOMBRAS: negative frames a first person light horror narrative game with a focus on photography, scheduled for release in Q4 2026 for PS5, Switch, Xbox Series S/X and PC. The game tells the story of Shiomi, a Japanese-Spanish photography student, as she is spirited away in a dark mirror of her 2000s Japanese town and must confront fragments of her own psyche.
