Adaptory's second major update is Live
The team at Stromcloak Games have announced Adaptory's second free major update is now available. This major update introduces personalised bedrooms, new heat gameplay and mechanics, more than twenty new buildings, improved simulations, performance and tutorials, refined balance, quality of life improvements, and more.
Steam should automatically update your copy of Adaptory to the latest version. If you don't already have the game, Adaptory is also featured in the Tiny Teams festival with a 20% discount.
Update 2 is a massive update, representing four months of focused development and improvements on every aspect of the game: from the foundations and simulations, through to text and pixel tweaks. You can find all of the juicy details over on Steam and the blog, including:
• So many new buildings to play with: Constructors, bean bags, potted plants, insulated tiles, shredders, traffic lights, and more
• Three new unique items that you'll need to craft to get off this planet: the astrometric sensor, the fuel cell, and the spline reticulator, each of which will lead you through a branch of the research tree
• The new Streamer mode lets you connect your community or stream chat directly into Adaptory, sending rewards or challenges directly into your game
• CHARLI now has more than sixty guides to help you through the world of Adaptory
• Loads of bug fixes, quality of life improvements, balance changes, polish, and more...
